The year 2024 marks the 40th anniversary of the original release of the iconic Hornet off-road buggy! To celebrate the milestone, Tamiya's designers have cooked up a fun variant that is sure to please new hobbyists and veteran hobbyists alike!

  • Steering servo
  • 7.2-7.4 volt battery with compatible charger
  • Paint

Features:
  • 1/10 scale R/C model assembly kit.
  • The 0.7mm thick polycarbonate body has the same shape as the classic body from the original Hornet.
  • The 2WD chassis has the same bathtub frame as the one used in the original Hornet. (TAM58336)
  • While the color scheme of the original Hornet is carried over, this kit features an updated sticker design.

EVO Features:
  • Suspension: 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension.
  • Rear gearbox: Sealed gearbox with differential gear from the DT-02 chassis.
  • Includes full ball bearings!
  • CVA oil dampers (front & rear)
